GhostHive is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create social media posts in their personal writing style. The Service includes voice training, content generation, scheduling, and analytics features depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

GhostHive offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. A valid credit card is required for paid plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Trial

GhostHive offers a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. A credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the Pro plan.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after the 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using GhostHive, including AI-generated posts. You grant GhostHive a limited license to process your writing samples solely for the purpose of training your personal voice model. We do not claim any ownership over your generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory; impersonate any person or entity; violate any applicable laws or regulations; interfere with the operation of the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

GhostHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
